Carroll County: Through the Eyes of the Black Experience is a collection of interviews with Carroll County’s African American residents. The focus of this archive is to share the history of Carroll County from a minority perspective. Through the Eyes of the Black Experience shares the memories of local residents and strives to accurately capture the many changes experienced by the African American community in our county.
